# Privacy policy

> How LinkPaLS collects, uses and protects your personal data, your rights under India's DPDP Act, and how to contact our Grievance Officer.

This policy explains what personal data LitSpark Solutions Private Limited ("LinkPaLS", "we") collects when you use linkpals.store or buy an eSIM, why we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

## 1. Data we collect

We don't ask for your passport, ID or phone number, and we don't collect your device's EID or location.

## 2. Who we share it with

- **Our eSIM network partner,** to create, deliver and manage your eSIM. We share only order and eSIM identifiers, not your name or email.
- **Our payment provider,** to process your payment.
- **Hosting, email and analytics providers** who process data on our behalf under contract.
- **Authorities,** when Indian law requires it.

We don't sell your personal data. Some providers are outside India; when data leaves India, we only transfer it where the DPDP Act allows.

## 3. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for 8 years to meet Indian tax and accounting rules. Support messages are kept for 2 years. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. When we no longer need data, we delete or anonymise it.

## 4. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
- Ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent you've given, for example to analytics cookies.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you can't.
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you're not satisfied.

## 5. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypt sensitive credentials at rest, and limit access to personal data to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you and the Data Protection Board of India if a breach affects your data, as the law requires.

## 6. Children

LinkPaLS is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
