You buy a data plan, scan a QR code, and your phone connects to a local network when you land. There is no plastic card to swap. ### Will I keep my phone number and WhatsApp? Yes. LinkPaLS is data-only and runs as a second line next to your physical SIM. Your number, WhatsApp, Telegram and bank verification codes stay active on your home line. ### Do I need a passport or ID to buy? No. There is no KYC, no ID upload and no store visit. Pay, get your QR code by email, and install. ### Will my phone work with an eSIM? Most phones made from 2018 onward support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3 and newer. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06#: if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM. ### How fast do I get my eSIM? Your QR code arrives by email within minutes of purchase. Install it before you fly so you are connected the moment you land. ### Can I make calls and send texts? LinkPaLS plans are data-only. Make calls and send messages through apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime or Telegram. Your home SIM still receives regular calls and SMS. ### Will I get surprise roaming charges? No. You pay for your data upfront. When the plan runs out, data stops. Nothing is billed later. ### Can I share data as a hotspot? Yes. Turn on your phone's hotspot to share your LinkPaLS data with a laptop, tablet or travel partner. ### How do I install my eSIM? On iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM and scan the QR code from your email. On Android, go to Settings > Connections or Network > SIMs > Add eSIM. You can also enter the activation code by hand. ### When should I install it? Install it before you fly while you're on Wi-Fi. Keep the LinkPaLS line switched off, then turn it on and set it as your mobile data line when you land. ### When does my plan start? Most plans start the first time your phone connects to a network at your destination. A few start as soon as you install them. Each plan page tells you which. ### Do I need to turn on data roaming? Yes, for the LinkPaLS line only. Leave roaming off on your home SIM if you want to avoid charges from your home carrier. ### Can one eSIM cover several countries? Yes. Regional and global plans work across every country they list, so you can cross borders without switching eSIMs. ### Can I add more data later? Many plans support top-ups, so you can add data to the same eSIM without scanning a new QR code. Each plan page shows whether top-ups are available. ### What if my eSIM doesn't connect? Check that the LinkPaLS line is on, set as your mobile data line, and has data roaming enabled. Then restart your phone. Still offline? Email us and we'll help you get connected. ### Can I reinstall the eSIM if I delete it? Usually not. Most QR codes work once, so don't delete the eSIM from your phone until your trip is over. If it gets removed by mistake, contact us. --- # What is an eSIM? A plain guide for travelers > What is an eSIM? A digital SIM built into your phone. Learn how eSIM works, eSIM vs physical SIM, pros and cons, and how to use one when you travel. Source: https://linkpals.store/what-is-esim · Updated 2026-11-06 What is an eSIM? It's a SIM card built into your phone as a chip, so you add a mobile plan by scanning a QR code instead of inserting plastic. For travel, that means you can buy local data before you fly, keep your home number on your physical SIM, and connect the moment you land. ## What is an eSIM? Meaning and full form eSIM stands for **embedded SIM**. The full form describes exactly what it is: a small chip soldered onto your phone's board that does the job a removable SIM card used to do. It stores a mobile network profile, proves to that network that your phone is allowed on it, and gives your phone a line for data, calls or texts. The chip itself never changes. What changes is the profile on it. You download a profile from a provider, and your phone treats it like a new SIM. Most phones hold several eSIM profiles at once and let you switch between them in settings. > **Quick answer:** an eSIM is a digital SIM. Nothing to insert, nothing to lose, and you can add a plan from anywhere with an internet connection. ## How does an eSIM work? Once you know what an eSIM is, the setup makes sense: your phone downloads a network profile instead of reading one from a plastic card. Setting up an eSIM takes a few minutes. Here's what happens behind the scenes when you add a plan: 1. **You buy a plan.** The provider creates an eSIM profile for you on a secure server run by the network. 2. **You get a QR code.** The code points your phone to that server and holds a one-time activation key. 3. **Your phone downloads the profile.** You scan the code, the phone checks the key, and the profile installs on the eSIM chip. 4. **The line appears in settings.** You can name it, switch it on or off, and pick it as your mobile data line. 5. **It connects on arrival.** When you land, the line joins a local partner network and data starts working. Because the profile downloads over the internet, you can install it at home on Wi-Fi days before your trip. That's the part travelers like most: no hunting for a SIM kiosk at the airport. ## eSIM vs physical SIM Both connect your phone to a mobile network. The difference is how you get and manage them. | | eSIM | Physical SIM | | --- | --- | --- | | Format | Chip built into the phone | Removable plastic card | | How you get it | Scan a QR code or tap a link | Buy in a store or wait for delivery | | Switching plans | In settings, in seconds | Swap the card with a SIM tool | | Lines on one phone | Several profiles stored, usually two active | One per SIM slot | | Loss or theft | Can't be pulled out of the phone | Can be removed and reused | | Moving to a new phone | Transfer or reinstall the profile | Move the card | Most travelers use both: the physical SIM keeps their home number active, and an eSIM handles local data. Your phone runs them side by side as two lines. ## eSIM benefits for travel - **Connect on arrival.** Install before you fly and land with working maps, rides and messages. - **Keep your number.** Your home SIM stays in the phone for calls, SMS and bank one-time passwords. - **Skip roaming bills.** A prepaid travel eSIM costs a fixed amount, so nothing surprises you on next month's bill. - **No ID or store visit.** With [LinkPaLS](https://linkpals.store/destinations) you buy online and get your QR code by email in minutes. - **One eSIM, several countries.** Regional and global plans keep you online across borders. - **Share your data.** Turn on hotspot for a laptop or a travel partner. ## eSIM disadvantages to know eSIMs are simple, but they're not perfect. Plan around these before you buy: - **Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.** Check yours on our [compatible devices](https://linkpals.store/compatible-devices) page or dial *#06# and look for an EID number. - **Most QR codes install once.** If you delete the eSIM from your phone, you usually can't reinstall it with the same code. - **Travel eSIMs are mostly data-only.** You call and text through apps like WhatsApp or FaceTime; your home SIM still receives regular calls. - **Switching phones takes a step.** You can't just move a card; you transfer or reinstall the profile. ## How to get an eSIM There are two ways to get one. Your home carrier can move your existing number onto an eSIM, which replaces your physical SIM. Or you can add a second eSIM from a travel provider, which sits next to your home SIM and adds local data abroad. Travelers almost always want the second option, because it keeps the home number untouched. 1. **Check your phone** supports eSIM and is unlocked. Dial *#06# and look for an EID. 2. **Pick a plan** for your destination, with the data and days you need. 3. **Pay online.** Your QR code arrives by email. 4. **Scan it on Wi-Fi** in your phone's SIM settings. The new line appears next to your home SIM. ### How much does an eSIM cost? The eSIM itself is free; you pay for the data plan on it. A travel eSIM is usually cheaper than your home carrier's roaming pack, because you're buying local data at local rates instead of roaming on a foreign network. Prices depend on the country, the data amount and the number of days. ## Using an eSIM when you travel A travel eSIM is a prepaid data plan for the country or region you're visiting. You pick the data amount and the number of days, pay once, and install the eSIM before you leave. When you land, you turn the eSIM line on, set it as your mobile data line, and switch on data roaming for that line only. LinkPaLS works this way across [countries, regions and global plans](https://linkpals.store/destinations). Plans are data-only and prepaid. You don't need a passport or ID to buy, and your QR code arrives by email within minutes. For step-by-step setup on iPhone and Android, see [how to activate an eSIM](https://linkpals.store/help). So, what is an eSIM worth to a traveler? Mostly time and peace of mind: no SIM swap at the airport, no lost card, no roaming surprise, and a working phone the moment the plane doors open. ### Is an eSIM safe? Yes. An eSIM profile is encrypted and locked to your phone's chip, and it can't be pulled out and used in another device the way a stolen SIM card can. Network authentication works the same way it does on a physical SIM. ## Frequently asked questions ### What is the difference between a SIM card and an eSIM? A SIM card is a removable piece of plastic. An eSIM is a chip built into your phone that you set up by scanning a QR code. Both connect you to a mobile network. ### Can I still use WhatsApp with an eSIM? Yes. WhatsApp stays linked to your home number, which stays active on your physical SIM. The eSIM just provides the data. ### Does an eSIM use my phone number? A LinkPaLS travel eSIM is data-only, so it doesn't replace your number. Your home SIM keeps your number for calls and SMS. ### Is there a monthly fee for an eSIM? Not with a prepaid travel eSIM. You pay once for a set amount of data and days. There's no contract and no monthly bill. ### How many eSIMs can a phone store? Most phones store five or more eSIM profiles, and run two lines at a time, for example your home SIM plus one eSIM. ### Do eSIMs drain the battery faster? No more than a physical SIM. Running two lines at once uses a little extra power, so switch off the line you're not using. ### Can I put one eSIM on two phones? No. Each eSIM profile installs on one device. Buy a separate eSIM for each phone. ## Related - [eSIM compatible phones](https://linkpals.store/compatible-devices) - [How to activate eSIM](https://linkpals.store/help) - [Browse travel eSIM plans](https://linkpals.store/destinations) --- # eSIM compatible phones and devices > Check eSIM compatible phones from Apple, Samsung, Google and more. Check in 10 seconds ### Check your phone for eSIM support 1. **Open your phone's dialer.** Use the same keypad you use to make calls. 2. **Dial *#06#.** You don't need to press call. A screen with your device numbers appears. 3. **Look for EID.** If you see a 32-digit **EID** number, your phone has an eSIM chip. If you only see IMEI numbers, it doesn't. You can also check in settings. On iPhone, go to **Settings > General > About** and look for **Digital SIM** or **EID**. On Android, go to **Settings > Connections** (or **Network & internet**) **> SIMs** and look for **Add eSIM** or **Download a SIM**. ## Your phone must be carrier-unlocked An eSIM chip isn't enough on its own. Phones bought on a contract are sometimes locked to one carrier and refuse eSIMs from anyone else. Before you buy a travel plan, make sure your phone is unlocked. - **iPhone:** go to **Settings > General > About** and find **Carrier Lock**. It should say **No SIM restrictions**. - **Android:** go to **Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Network unlock** (Samsung) or ask your carrier. A quick test: insert a SIM from another network and see if it connects. - **Still locked?** Ask your carrier to unlock it. Most carriers unlock phones that are fully paid off. ## eSIM compatible phones by brand Search this list of eSIM compatible phones for your exact model. These are the cases that catch travelers out most often: | Brand | No eSIM on | What to do | | --- | --- | --- | | Apple iPhone | Most models sold in mainland China, and most sold in Hong Kong or Macao | Dial *#06#. No EID means no eSIM. | | Samsung Galaxy | Models from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan; FE models before the S23 FE; some US carrier S20 and S21 | Check for **Add eSIM** under Settings > Connections > SIM manager. | | Google Pixel | Pixel 3 from Australia, Taiwan or Japan; Pixel 3a from Japan | Use a Pixel 4 or newer. | | Xiaomi, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo | Many Chinese and some Indian versions | Buy the global version, or check for an EID before you travel. | ## How eSIM compatible phones run two lines Most eSIM compatible phones are dual-SIM phones. They run two lines at the same time: usually your physical SIM plus one eSIM, or two eSIMs on newer iPhones and Pixels. That's what lets you keep your home number on while a travel eSIM handles the data. | Line | Keeps doing | Set it as | | --- | --- | --- | | Home SIM (physical or eSIM) | Your number: calls, SMS, WhatsApp, bank one-time passwords | Default for calls and messages | | LinkPaLS travel eSIM | Local mobile data in the countries on your plan | Mobile data line while you travel | Your phone can store more eSIM profiles than it runs at once, often five or more. You can keep a travel eSIM installed after a trip and switch it off, then delete it when you no longer need it. ### Older and budget phones Phones from before 2018, and many budget models since, don't have an eSIM chip at all. No software update can add one. If your phone isn't in the list above and shows no EID, you'll need a physical travel SIM instead. ## Tablets, laptops and watches Travel eSIMs also work on tablets and laptops with a cellular eSIM. That covers iPads with **Wi-Fi + Cellular** and some Windows laptops with a built-in LTE modem. Smartwatches are different: their eSIMs pair with your phone's carrier plan, so a travel data eSIM won't install on an Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch. ## My phone isn't on the list New eSIM compatible phones launch every month, so trust the *#06# test over any list. If you see an EID and your phone is unlocked, it will work with a LinkPaLS eSIM. Not sure? Email [support@linkpals.store](mailto:support@linkpals.store) with your exact model and where you bought it, and we'll check before you buy. > Ready to go? Pick your [destination](https://linkpals.store/destinations), then follow our guide on [how to activate an eSIM](https://linkpals.store/help) on iPhone or Android. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is eSIM available on all phones? No. Most eSIM compatible phones were made since 2018, but budget models and some regional versions don't have it. Dial *#06# and look for an EID to be sure. ### Which iPhones support eSIM? iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and every newer iPhone, including the iPhone SE (2020 and 2022). Most iPhones sold in mainland China don't. ### Which Samsung phones support eSIM? Galaxy S20 and newer, the S23 FE and newer FE models, every Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip, the Note20 series and selected Galaxy A models. Usually two lines can be active at once, such as your home SIM and a travel eSIM. ### Can I switch between eSIMs easily? Yes. Turn lines on or off and choose your mobile data line in settings. It takes a few seconds and you don't need to restart. ### Do I need a dual-SIM phone to keep my number? Source: https://linkpals.store/help · Updated 2026-11-06 Here's how to activate eSIM in under five minutes: open the email with your QR code, go to your phone's mobile or SIM settings, tap **Add eSIM** and scan the code. Do it on Wi-Fi before you fly, then switch the line on when you land. Step-by-step guides for iPhone and Android are below. ## Before you start - **Check your phone.** It needs eSIM support and must be carrier-unlocked. See [eSIM compatible phones](https://linkpals.store/compatible-devices). - **Connect to Wi-Fi.** The eSIM profile downloads over the internet. - **Find your QR code.** It's in the order email from LinkPaLS. Open it on another screen, or print it, so your phone can scan it. - **Don't delete the eSIM later.** Most QR codes work once, so keep the eSIM on your phone until your trip ends. ## How to activate eSIM on iPhone ### Install your eSIM on iPhone with a QR code 1. **Open Settings.** Tap **Mobile Service** (it may say **Cellular** or **Mobile Data** depending on your region). 2. **Tap Add eSIM.** Choose **Use QR Code**. 3. **Scan the code.** Point the camera at the QR code from your LinkPaLS email. Tap **Continue** when the plan appears. 4. **Label the line.** Name it **LinkPaLS** or **Travel** so it's easy to spot. Keep your home SIM as **Primary**. 5. **Choose your data line later.** When asked, keep your home line for calls and messages. You'll switch data to LinkPaLS when you land. On iOS 17.4 and newer you can also long-press the QR code image in Mail or Photos and tap **Add eSIM**. That's the fastest way when the code is on the same phone. ## How to install eSIM on Android ### Install your eSIM on Samsung Galaxy 1. **Open Settings.** Go to **Connections > SIM manager**. 2. **Tap Add eSIM.** Choose **Scan QR code from service provider**. 3. **Scan the code.** Scan the QR code from your LinkPaLS email and tap **Add**. 4. **Name the line.** Rename it **LinkPaLS** and leave it switched off until you land. ### Install your eSIM on Google Pixel 1. **Open Settings.** Go to **Network & internet > SIMs**. 2. **Add an eSIM.** Tap **Add SIM**, then **Download a SIM instead?** or **Set up eSIM**. 3. **Scan the code.** Scan the QR code from your LinkPaLS email and follow the prompts. 4. **Leave it off for now.** Turn the new line off until you arrive. Menu names vary on other Android phones, but the path is similar: **Settings > Network or Connections > SIM > Add eSIM**. ## Can't scan the QR code? Enter it by hand Your LinkPaLS email also includes an **SM-DP+ address** and an **activation code**. On iPhone, tap **Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Enter Details Manually**. On Samsung, tap **Add eSIM > Enter activation code**. On Pixel, tap **Need help? > Enter it manually**. Paste both values and continue. ## When you land: turn on your eSIM ### Connect your travel eSIM on arrival 1. **Switch the LinkPaLS line on.** Find it in your SIM or Mobile Service settings and turn it on. 2. **Make it your mobile data line.** Set **Mobile Data** (iPhone) or **Mobile data** under SIM preferences (Android) to LinkPaLS. 3. **Turn on data roaming for that line.** Travel eSIMs connect through local partner networks, so roaming must be on for the LinkPaLS line. Leave roaming off on your home SIM to avoid charges from your home carrier. 4. **Give it a minute.** Your phone picks the best partner network. You'll see a network name and 4G or 5G in the status bar. ## Keep your home number while using eSIM data Your phone now has two lines. Set them up once and they look after themselves for the rest of the trip: - **Calls and messages:** keep your home line as the default, so your number, SMS and bank codes keep working. - **Mobile data:** choose the LinkPaLS line. - **WhatsApp and iMessage:** leave them linked to your home number. They send and receive over LinkPaLS data. - **iPhone tip:** turn off **Allow Mobile Data Switching** under Mobile Data, so your phone doesn't fall back to roaming on your home line. - **Android tip:** under SIM preferences, turn off automatic data switching for the same reason. ## During your trip ### Check how much data you have left Your phone shows data used per line under **Mobile Service** (iPhone) or **Data usage** (Android). Reset the counter when you arrive to track the trip accurately. ### Share data with a hotspot Turn on **Personal Hotspot** (iPhone) or **Hotspot & tethering** (Android) to share your LinkPaLS data with a laptop or a travel partner. Hotspot uses data quickly, so pick a plan with headroom. ### Top up or extend If your plan supports top-ups, you can add data to the same eSIM without scanning a new QR code. Each plan page shows whether top-ups are available. ### After you get home Switch your mobile data back to your home line and turn the LinkPaLS line off. Delete the eSIM once you're sure you won't top it up again. ## eSIM not working? Fix it in this order 1. **Check the line is on** and set as your mobile data line. 2. **Turn data roaming on** for the LinkPaLS line. 3. **Toggle Airplane Mode** on for 10 seconds, then off. 4. **Restart your phone.** 5. **Pick a network manually.** Go to the LinkPaLS line's **Network Selection**, turn off **Automatic** and choose a partner network listed on your plan. 6. **Check APN settings** if data still won't load. Most phones set this automatically; your email lists the APN if yours needs it. 7. **Still offline?** Email [support@linkpals.store](mailto:support@linkpals.store) with your order number and a screenshot of your SIM settings. Don't delete the eSIM. ## More help | Topic | Where to go | | --- | --- | | Which phones work | [eSIM compatible phones](https://linkpals.store/compatible-devices) | | How eSIMs work | [What is an eSIM?](https://linkpals.store/what-is-esim) | | Plans and prices | [Destinations](https://linkpals.store/destinations) | | Refunds | [Refund policy](https://linkpals.store/refund-policy) | | Anything else | [Contact us](https://linkpals.store/contact) | ## Frequently asked questions ### Does an eSIM activate automatically? The eSIM installs when you scan the QR code. Data starts when you switch the line on and connect at your destination. Most plans start counting days from that first connection. ### Can I activate an eSIM by myself? Yes. You install it yourself in a few minutes with the QR code from your email. No store visit or call is needed. ### When should I install my eSIM? Install it a day or two before you fly, while you're on Wi-Fi. Keep the line off until you land. ### Do I need to turn on data roaming? Yes, for the LinkPaLS line only. Keep roaming off on your home SIM if you want to avoid your home carrier's roaming charges. ### Can I reinstall my eSIM if I delete it? Usually not, because most QR codes work once. Contact us before deleting anything if you have a problem. ### How do I add more data? If your plan supports top-ups, you can add data to the same eSIM without a new QR code. Each plan page says whether top-ups are available. ### Will my eSIM work in another phone? No. Once installed, an eSIM is tied to that phone. If you're switching phones before your trip, install it on the phone you'll travel with. ## Related - [eSIM compatible phones](https://linkpals.store/compatible-devices) - [What is an eSIM?](https://linkpals.store/what-is-esim) - [Refund policy](https://linkpals.store/refund-policy) --- # About LinkPaLS > LinkPaLS sells prepaid travel eSIM data in 200+ countries and regions. Your home SIM keeps your number for calls, SMS, WhatsApp and bank codes. ## How we work - **Partner networks.** We work with licensed eSIM suppliers who connect you to established mobile operators in each country. - **Prepaid only.** You pay once. There are no contracts, subscriptions or surprise charges. - **No ID required.** You need an email address, nothing more. - **Real people on support.** Write to [support@linkpals.store](mailto:support@linkpals.store) and a person replies. ## The company behind LinkPaLS | | | | --- | --- | | Legal name | LitSpark Solutions Private Limited | | Based in | Bengaluru, Karnataka, India | | Website | linkpals.store | | Support | [support@linkpals.store](mailto:support@linkpals.store) | | Grievance Officer | Aishvarya Jaiswal, [aj@linkpals.store](mailto:aj@linkpals.store) | ## Related - [Browse destinations](https://linkpals.store/destinations) - [Contact us](https://linkpals.store/contact) - [Refund policy](https://linkpals.store/refund-policy) --- # Contact LinkPaLS > Contact LinkPaLS support by email or with the form. How to request a refund and how long it takes. Source: https://linkpals.store/refund-policy · Updated 2026-11-06 You get a full refund for an eSIM you haven't installed, if you ask within 30 days of purchase. If your eSIM installed but never connected in a covered country, tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Here's exactly how it works. ## Refunds at a glance | Situation | Refund | Ask within | | --- | --- | --- | | eSIM not installed | Full refund | 30 days of purchase | | Bought the same plan twice by mistake | Full refund for the unused one | 30 days of purchase | | Installed, but never connected in a covered country | Full refund after troubleshooting, if less than 10 MB was used | 7 days of activation | | eSIM connected and data was used | No refund | — | | Plan expired, or data or days left over | No refund | — | ## Unused eSIMs If you haven't installed your eSIM, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Before we refund, we **cancel the eSIM with our network partner**. Cancelling permanently deactivates the QR code and activation code, so they can't be installed afterwards, even from a saved screenshot. Our partner's records show whether an eSIM profile has been downloaded to a device. If the records show it was downloaded or installed, we treat the eSIM as installed and the rules for installed eSIMs apply. ## eSIMs that never connected If your eSIM installed but never connected to a network in a country your plan covers, contact us within 7 days of activation. We'll troubleshoot with you first, because most problems are fixed by a settings change such as turning on data roaming for the eSIM line. If we can't get you connected and the problem is on our side or our partner network's, and less than 10 MB of data was used, we revoke the eSIM and refund you in full. ## What isn't refunded - eSIMs that connected and used data, including unused data or days left over. - Phones that don't support eSIM or are carrier-locked. Please check [compatible phones](https://linkpals.store/compatible-devices) before you buy. - Problems caused by deleting the eSIM, changing phones, or settings we asked you to change during troubleshooting. - Slower speeds caused by local network congestion or a plan's fair-usage limit, when data still works. - Using the eSIM outside the countries your plan covers. ## How to request a refund 1. Email [support@linkpals.store](mailto:support@linkpals.store) from the address you used to buy. 2. Include your order number and the reason. For connection problems, add screenshots of your SIM settings. 3. Don't delete the eSIM from your phone while we look into it. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it. ## Questions This policy is part of our [terms of service](https://linkpals.store/terms). It's offered by LitSpark Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru, India. For unresolved complaints, write to our Grievance Officer, Aishvarya Jaiswal, at [aj@linkpals.store](mailto:aj@linkpals.store). --- # Terms of service > The terms for buying and using LinkPaLS travel eSIMs: eligibility, orders, device requirements, coverage, refunds, liability and governing law. Source: https://linkpals.store/terms · Updated 2026-11-06 These terms apply when you use linkpals.store or buy a LinkPaLS eSIM. LinkPaLS is operated by LitSpark Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru, India ("LinkPaLS", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. ## 1. Our service We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use while travelling. Each plan gives a set amount of data for a set number of days in the countries listed on the plan. Service is provided over partner mobile networks. LinkPaLS plans don't include a phone number, voice calls or SMS unless the plan page says so. ## 2. Who can buy - You must be at least 18 years old. - You must give a valid email address. We send your eSIM and receipts there. - You're responsible for keeping your email account and QR code private. Anyone with your QR code can install the eSIM. ## 3. Your device Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. It's your responsibility to check this before you buy, using our [compatible devices](https://linkpals.store/compatible-devices) page or by dialling *#06# and looking for an EID. An eSIM installs on one device and usually can't be moved or reinstalled. ## 4. Orders, prices and delivery - Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you select. Taxes are included unless checkout says otherwise. - Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We email your QR code and installation details, normally within minutes. - If we can't deliver an eSIM, for example because a plan is out of stock, we refund you in full. - We may change prices or plans at any time. Changes don't affect orders already paid for. ## 5. Activation and validity Each plan page says when the validity period starts: either when you install the eSIM or when it first connects to a network in a covered country. The plan ends when its days run out or its data is used up, whichever comes first. You must install the eSIM within the period stated on the plan, usually 180 days from purchase. Unused data and days don't carry over. ## 6. Coverage and speed Coverage and speeds depend on the partner network and your location. We list the networks and speeds our partners give us, but we don't guarantee coverage in every location or a minimum speed. Some plans have a fair-usage policy that slows speeds after a daily amount; the plan page says so when it applies. ## 7. Acceptable use Don't use LinkPaLS eSIMs for anything illegal, to send spam, to resell data, to run servers or automated traffic, or in a way that harms a network or other users. We may suspend an eSIM used this way without a refund. ## 8. Refunds Refunds follow our [refund policy](https://linkpals.store/refund-policy), which forms part of these terms. ## 9. Liability We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed bookings or lost business, caused by a network outage or an eSIM that doesn't connect. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law. ## 10. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown at the top. ## 11. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a consumer complaint where you live. ## 12.
